Santa is usually fully booked by September, so reach out as soon as you know what date you’d like him for. If you’re reading this closer to the holidays, don’t worry - Santa is always taking inquiries!

Santa will be in touch with more details depending on the type of booking you’ve selected, but in general:

Make sure everyone is in one place before your visit or call. Santa has a limited amount of time (he is traveling internationally, managing a workshop and watching to determine if everyone is Naughty or Nice, after all!), so the less time spent gathering everyone, the better.

Similarly, if you’re doing an in-person visit and want to take photos, make sure all cameras and groups are set up ahead of time.

If you’re having Santa hand out gifts, arrange those ahead of time as well.

Yes! “You’re not a Santa unless you have a real beard!”

Reindeer run on Christmas Magic, so they can only fly on Christmas! Santa takes commercial flights the rest of the year.

Santa’s favorite cookie is whatever is made for him in your kitchen :)
